We do not accept returns on opened or used items. 

Digital downloads (ebooks, guides, and courses) are non-refundable once purchased. 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via email. 

Eligible refunds will be issued to your original payment method once your claim is approved. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
